Ask for Jessie! She's our favorite server and she's hella awesome!!! :) Maybe a couple of more visits then she'll know my order by heart lol. But seriously this is one of the best Bdubs to go to.

After waiting at the hostess station for 5 minutes & the manager other staff walking by us several times without being greeted or acknowledged, we decided to leave & go somewhere else. This place & the management is terrible.

This bw3 location is great. I was happy with the service and the food. What really bothers me is pricing at all bw3s. Think about it. 1$ per boneless. That's 1$ per bite of chicken! Coors light draft special 4$! I mean this is about double what other bars charge. So ya, good food, good service, terrible value!

Still sitting here. Very slow service and nobody is here!!! This is ridiculous - nobody is here and we ordered simple things. This place needs faster level of service or close down!

Literally beyond pissed with this place. The first time I ordered from them I ordered Parmesan garlic boneless wings "wet" and they were extra dry even after asking for them to be wet. Just ordered from them tonight and beyond disgusted. I ask for "wet" honey bbq and medium. Well when my boyfriend picked our food up my wings were very dry. He has them make them wet and they literally soaked them in enough sauce to cover 24 more boneless wings. The lady that gave him the food even said "I think they were being sarcastic," when she showed him the food.. I could barely eat the wings it was that badly soaked in sauce. DONT GO THERE, I'd recommend going to another one.

You get what you expect from the menu. Wings, boneless wings and burgers. They have outdoor seating in the summer. Kid's night on Wednesday s with a clown. Great if you have kids. A little loud and crazy if you don't. :) The usual beers on tap, full bar and of course wings.

This is the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings!!! Everytime we order a carry out AND I MEAN EVERYTIME, its wrong!! Is it really that hard to gets wings , chips and queso and pickles right??? Seriously we have to go back and get the food we are missing then come back and eat cold food!! Maybe think about hiring some competent people to take carry out orders!! NEVER COMING BACK! Thank god there's a new one in SCS!!

Terrible. Was seated right away- because it was empty. Sat for 15 minutes with a booth not bussed next to us, wait staff walked past several times but no one stopped to help us, manager walked by 2x ignoring us, girls rolling silverware next to us chatting loudly. Finally left. We told manger why as we were leaving. He kindly wished us a goodnight. O.o.

Love this location. Always good service, my carry-out orders are right every time and there's never a wait. Whether I'm at the bar or a table, I am always taken care of.

Love this place! Always fun with great food and service. I am LOVING the new honey ginger sauce - hope they keep it, rather than it being a limited edition.

Not a "quiet place to grab a drink"... Competing televisions drown out most conversation. But if you want to watch a game with friends, it's a great place to go. Good food (even for non-winglovers like me), decent bar selection, good service, if a little confused through multiple servers checking on the table. Next time I'm in 586 I wouldn't be opposed to going back.

Go here if you like buffalo wings. If you don't (like me) then only go if your friends or family go. The wings come with your choice of sauce, they start from very mild to so-insane-you-get-a-picture-on-the-wall-if-you-can-handle-the-hotness with a good number in-between. Other than that, the waitress was awesome, the head stewardess couldn't remember my friend's face after he just ran out to his car, and the dessert menu wasn't very impressive.

Just like any other B-dubs I've ever been to: serves good wings, usually has many TVs with sports on, but is hideously overpriced.

Food as always, gets 4 stars. However, I had to create a yelp account to share my experience with our server, Alyssa R who gets NO Stars. For the record, I have been to this bw3 since around 2007 with never a bad experience. We went on a very slow Saturday afternoon around 1pm, in fact there were only 2 other tables in our section, so I was pretty excited to get some fast wings and nachos! So we sit down and the hostess was kind enough to get our pops after she sat us. Alright! fast pop things are going smoothly and boy was I thirsty. 17 minutes later I think to myself, who the heck is our server? So I politely went up to the front desk and asked if somebody could come take our order. Hey no biggie it happens and I was hungry. Alyssa R came right over and took our order of the The sampler appetizer, and some wings. No problem, and she kindly refilled our pops. The sampler came out around 8 minutes later (no problem) and we dug in, but wait! No ranch for our mozzarella sticks, no big deal thinking she will be back in a moment and we can ask then. Well after everything but my mozz sticks were gone, she came to take our plate, when I asked for some ranch. Then another 5-6 minutes we get ranch.... with our main order.. don't cold cheese stick taste great? So we eat our food, without a single visit from Alyssa. I left the lowest tip I ever have, and as a former worker of the restaurant business it killed me to do so. Bottom Line: I love BW3. Food is great and at a good price. Alyssa R's rudeness, laziness, and lack of existence made for a truly horrible experience. Every time she DID come to the table she came across as "I don't want to be here" PS. I used to come to this location simply because I have for so many years and have had great memories, but never again. 5 extra min drive to go to 15/Utica

This review is about the service.... It was horrible. I went in to get a carry out I let the girl know this is only my second time ordering and I wasn't familiar with the food. She offered zero help, never smiled and when I asked a question she seemed like I was putting her out. I had asked if the Buffalo chips were like french fries, and she like these are our brand name chips exclusively for Buffalo Wild Wings. Umm.. OK not what I asked. She was HORRIBLE! We were there right when it opened, so it's not like they were busy.... Poor service!

Have had better food at other Buffalo Wild Wings. Dominique was good server. TV was so loud I may not hear for a month. WiFi disappeared during the visit.

Waited 50 minutes for our lunch, waitress never came back to our table after our order, we got our own refills, one order was wrong. There was only 2 tables taken so it was not busy. Tired of poor service at BW3's,

I am the assistant manager of a restaurant and I would be EMBARRASSED to run a restaurant with as poor service as we have experienced here. Let's start at the beginning... 5 minutes to be greeted at 11pm, very dead inside. Ordered drinks finally and an appetizer of nachos to start, after another 15 minutes of waiting for the appetizer I finally noticed the order sitting in the window for about 5 or more minutes meanwhile, the manager was cooking on the very visible line, many servers including our own walked by our poor (now dead) nachos without grabbing them. Finally get them to the table and they're soggy and cold. Then we wait another 20 minutes and the server walks by to let us know our food is coming up in the window and she was going to grab them. Another 5 minutes go by and we finally get our wings... Which to our amazement are..*DRUMROLL PLEASE*...lukewarm. -_- this time we were through with this horrible experience and just ready to pay and go. The server said she could either comp the bill or get new wings, you can probably guess what our decision was. This whole time the manager was standing on the line sending out cold food and being a lazy a**hole. The worst part about our entire experience is that the manager walked by as we were handed our $6 check, for the one alcoholic beverage that was not comped, not once but TWICE made eye contact and did not stop by our table to apologize or see how any of our food was after the server obviously informed him of the problem. Only gave one star because there is not an option for zero stars.

This is the only BWW we go to! Never have any issues, waitresses are great and there ARE plenty of steady waitresses that work there on a regular basis! LOVE this BWW

By far the worst of the Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the area. I have gone to this location for a very long time without a problem up until this past year. The service is atrocious, food is fine...If and when your server/carry out person could ever get your order correct. The past 10 times that I have gotten carry out from this location my food has either come out completely wrong or missing items completely . (Of course they blame the kitchen every time this happens to save face) I don't know where they find these girls who serve or these stoned kids who work the carry out counter but I have never been ignored by an entire staff so many times as I have been here. Sick of driving home and having the wrong food, I find myself having to check my orders everytime I stop here and 90 percent of the time it's the wrong item. These kids need to start listening to the customers. If you must stop here to eat, request Nikki to serve you, she seems the be the only one there who knows what she's doing. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the next location on 23 mile road would be my final recommendation.

Had the worst service of my life from a server name Alyssa. She was rude, slow, forgot our drinks, and made 2 mistakes on our food order. I will not be returning to this location. I would have thought a place like Buffalo Wild Wings would have a better training program in place for their servers. Unexceptionable!

Please stop calling Buffalo Wild Wings "b dubz" so annoying. Mediocre food but free UFC pay per view and its open late.

I love living in the Clem probably for the pure fact that I can walk to all my favorite watering holes and eateries, including Buffalo Wild Wings. While I do happen to think that some of the stuff is overpriced, I enjoy the staff. They keep us coming back, and I want to give big kudos to them, specifically Jess, Shandy, Ritter, JT & Andy. Seriously, you kids are the reason we go there. I am a HUGE fan of the sports atmosphere they have, and love watching MMA, NFL, NHL & Nascar there. They're also pretty good about putting your requested game on a tv near you. NTN--I'm a fan! We love playing that silly trivia game, and it keeps us exercizing our good brain cells while we kill the weak ones with whatever the beer of the month is on special. We try to get there for happy hour--both the regular happy hour and the late night one that starts at 9pm--for reduced price drinks. Such a bargain when watching the ducets. My favorite thing on the menu, tho, aside from the absolutely delectible parmesean garlic wings is the Southwestern Flip sandwich with fresh cut fries. Oh yum!! It's cheesey, chicken-y goodness wrapped in a flour tortilla. I also dig the mini corn dogs, which I affectionately order as 'the red rockets.' So ice cold 22oz draft beer, NTN trivia, sports, wings, the flip & the great staff, to me, equals a fun neighborhood time any night or day of the week.

When the place opened the service was great. Went downhill fast but has seemed to rebound back. Great place for the kids and sports watching/beer drinking.

As far as wings go, this is the best B dubs in the area. Management is really good here as they have to be, because the service sucks! Here is a note to the waitresses here. I do not want your number and I am not remotely interested in dating you. So don't act like a stuck up snob and just bring me my beer. Cut the attitude and just do your job. This would be at least a four star rating if it was not for the attitudes of the waitresses. I work in the Clem so I eat here at least twice a week and I don't think I have seen the same waitress here twice. Turnover is high which means they are always learning, which equates to poor service. At least they all have the same stuck up attitudes....

Another place that doesn't value customer service. I have been coming here for years and it is going downhill. They are a franchise that wants to benefit off of the big name but they are more concerned about pinching pennies instead of repeat business. I know they won't go under by losing my business but I am sure the trend will continue.

I am a chicken wing officianado and these wings are consistently good and with a basket of potato wedges make for a inexpensive meal. Do you realize that BWW sells over 50,000,000 pounds of chicken wings every year. All I wish is they would begin to get organic and healthy. Overall I would say the franchise is slipping. Just decreased my review from a three-star to two-star.
